In Memory of Great Uncle Hans

We learned today of the passing of my Great Uncle Hans Gritsch, the brother of my late Grandma Frieda. Uncle Hans, who was 83, had a stroke last week in Innsbruck, Austria, and passed rather quickly. We will miss him. He will be remembered as a person who loved the United States, who made a life for himself by studying hard, becoming a medical doctor, and helping to raise two successful sons. He always encouraged us to study hard and was constantly learning new things. He was also like a second father to my dad. He will be greatly missed. Jeff rightly noted that 83 seemed far too young for Uncle Hans to pass away as he was so active and healthy. Below, I've posted of a few photos I have from 2 years ago.
